I did some good training rides during vacation last week in preparation for my C&O Canal ride for cancer and the Lance Armstrong Foundation. However, today was a real test. I rode 32 miles on the towpath and felt pretty good doing it while averaging 5:06/mile.

Well, the answer is a lot. This week has been full of good news for Stevenson. For the Fall 2010 we announced that SU is adding football as a varsity sport. We are currently working on hiring the coaching staff and will likely bring in 40-50 student athletes for football next year. They will play a “developmental season” in 2010 [...]
