Happy Groundhog Day! Yes, Phil saw his shadow today. And, yes, the forecast for tonight is for more snow (3-6″) here at Stevenson. Since the meteorologists blew the forecast this past weekend, I’m placing my money on the quadruped from now on. Six more weeks of winter…I’m with you, Phil!
